The longest wave surfed by a dog was achieved by Abbie Girl (USA) at Ocean Beach Dog Beach. Abbie Girl set her record at the Surf City Surf Dog event, beating more than 20 other participant.
About Abbie Girl
Abbie is a rescue dog born in 2006. Abbie started surfing in 2008. Abbie also has two Guinness World Records. In 2014, She rides a custom surfboard by INT Softboards and has a special wetsuit made from material used for US Navy SEALs. Abbie is an international and local icon in San Diego.
